Healing isn't linear, and it's not a journey you have to face alone. Together, we'll create a supportive space to better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop tools that help you move toward greater relief, resilience, and lasting change. I often work with anxiety, stress, OCD, trauma, depression, chronic pain, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

The journey to parenthood can bring joy, uncertainty, grief, and unexpected challenges. Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or adjusting to life as a parent, therapy offers a supportive space to care for your mental health. I work with individuals and couples, including LGBTQIA+ clients, solo parents by choice, and those navigating fertility challenges.

Relationships can be some of the most meaningful and challenging parts of our lives. Whether you're navigating conflict, improving communication, rebuilding trust, or adjusting to change, therapy offers a space to strengthen connection and better understand one another. I often work with couples, adult siblings, neurodiverse partnerships, early parenthood, high-conflict dynamics, and consensually non-monogamous relationships.

Sexual well-being is an important part of overall health, yet it's something many people struggle to talk about. Whether you're exploring your sexuality, navigating changes in your intimate life, or wanting to feel more connected with yourself or a partner, therapy offers a supportive, affirming space free of shame and judgment.
