Hi there!

I am an Associate Couple and Family Therapist, CAPPA-trained Full Spectrum Doula, Postpartum Support International trained Perinatal Mental Health Counselor, and community facilitator. I offer support to individuals, couples, and families navigating the transition into parenthood and beyond. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the many ways people form and grow families.

I received my Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from Adler University in Chicago and continue to build my therapeutic practice with a focus in Emotionally Focused Therapy. My clinical work is centered around life transitions, reproductive health, sexuality, identity, grief, anxiety, and relational dynamics. I bring an affirming, collaborative, and trauma-informed lens to help clients feel seen and supported in their unique experiences.

While I no longer provide traditional postpartum doula services, I continue to offer in-home support for early parenthood coaching and postpartum care during the first year of life. I also lead workshops for expectant and new parents, and am passionate about creating community spaces to help ease the isolation that can come with new parenthood. My roots as a nanny and birth worker remain central to how I show up—with warmth, attunement, and a belief in every family’s capacity to grow with intention.

I am a queer, fat-positive, and sex-positive therapist who provides LGBTQIA+, Kink-, and Poly-affirming care. I enjoy working with clients across cultural backgrounds and relationship structures, and have experience supporting those managing PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid conditions, and hormonal imbalance.

When I’m not holding space for clients or families, I love cooking for loved ones, crafting up a storm, and taking long walks by Lake Michigan.
