My mission is to provide unbiased emotional support with evidence-based practices to all peripartum and postpartum people and their families. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone deserves holistic care so that they feel safe, nourished, and empowered. My services provide expecting parents and families a space to ask the hard questions that come with change and prepare for their upcoming arrivals.
When I am not wearing my “doula hat,” I enjoy cooking at home for my friends and family, crafting up a storm, and going on long walks by Lake Michigan.
I am a queer, fat-positive, and sex-positive therapist and provide a LGBTQIA, Kink, and Poly-affirming lens to see, hear, and support the exploration of all identities and relationships. I enjoy working with clients of all cultural backgrounds and relationship structures, navigating different phases of life, transitions, grief, loss, anxiety, sexual concerns, young adult transitions, and self-esteem. I am well versed in supporting PCOS, Endometriosis, Thyroid, and Hormonal imbalance.
Hi there!
I am a CAPPA-trained Labor and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Educator, and Couple and Family Therapist Intern. I provide support and compassionate care to guide families on their journey into parenthood. As a doula, I nurture autonomy and confidence in parents and help make the large transitions seem less daunting for the whole family.
After many years as a caregiver through nannying and doula work, I now provide new services to individuals, couples, and families as a Couple and Family Therapist.
Credentials
I am a trained CAPPA Labor and Postpartum Doula, CAPPA Childbirth Educator, and Lactation Counselor.
