Everyone deserves a space where they can show up as their authentic self and feel supported through life’s most intimate and vulnerable moments. I see our therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership, centered around your unique experience. Together, we'll cultivate a safe, judgment-free environment where you can build the tools and skills to navigate life with greater ease. No challenge is too big or too small—my role is to help you uncover answers, shift relational patterns, and reconnect with your most authentic self. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, building trust along the way so you feel truly heard.
As a full-spectrum doula, I am passionate about perinatal mental health and understanding the challenges of individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am a queer, fat-positive, and sex-positive therapist who enjoys working with clients of all cultural backgrounds and relationship structures, navigating different phases of life.
I believe our lived experiences are shaped by the intersections of identity, culture, and environment. My approach is intersectional, supporting you in understanding how these factors shape your worldview and relationships. I offer in-person and virtual therapy, using a person-centered lens alongside emotionally focused therapy.
I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I use evidence-based techniques to help clients manage anxiety and build resilience. By promoting effective communication in relationships and providing support during life changes, I empower clients to navigate challenges, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate healthier connections for a balanced life.
