I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO and Blue Choice). If you plan to use insurance, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits and coverage.
If I am out-of-network with your insurance plan:
You will pay the full session fee at the time of your appointment.
I can provide you with a monthly superbill (receipt) that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
To learn about your out-of-network benefits, call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask whether your plan reimburses services submitted with a superbill.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for mental health services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. This helps you:
Understand potential expenses
Plan your mental health investment
Avoid surprise bills
Make informed decisions
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

Please note that sessions cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will result in a $100 fee that is not covered by insurance.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (No Surprises Act), out of pocket clients are entitled to a written and/or oral estimate of expected charges per session. This can help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed for receiving certain health care items and services.
